We can make blogger contact form in many ways.We posted many articles before about adding contact form to blogger and make contact form colorfully.
Sometimes those contact form is not working properly.
This is the problems:
"I had sent messages from my Contact Form. However, i didn't receive any message at all.
My admin email & login email is the same. I had already checked my Inbox & Spam mail, but still can't find any messages."
So this is the solution : Google Forms (The Easiest One)
Today's tutorial is on the use of Google forms. By the end of this guide you will be able to :
- Create a Google form with different questions
- Customize your Google Forms using a plethora of templates
- Share your Google forms
- Embed your Forms in your Blog or website
Step One : Go to https://docs.google.com/forms (You have to login your Google account)
Create a new form or using sample template
Now you start filling up you form. Provide your questions
Customize the confirmation message by either:
- Choosing link to submit another response
- Publish and show a link to the results of this form
- Allow responders to edit answers after responding
To share your form you have three options :
- Share a direct link to your form with others
- Share your form on social media websites ( Facebook, Twitter, and Google Plus)
- Share your form via email
- Or embed it in your classroom blog or website
